ASTRA Pint’UP Pneumatic Lift for Spray Booths

The ASTRA Pint’UP (AE400.N) is a pneumatic scissor lift built for commercial vehicle bodyshops and paint facilities. As a result, it gives technicians safe, stable access to the upper panels of trucks, coaches and large vehicles — both inside and outside the spray booth.

ATEX Approved for Spray Booth Use

Working inside a spray booth means operating in a potentially explosive atmosphere. However, the Pint’UP carries full ATEX approval, so it runs safely in these environments without creating ignition risks. Because it relies entirely on pneumatic power, no electrical components sit on the platform to generate sparks. Therefore, it is the right choice for any workshop that paints or prepares commercial vehicles.

Generous Platform for Two People

The platform spans 2990 mm wide, which means two technicians have plenty of room to work side by side. In addition, the maximum load capacity reaches 300 kg, so operators can bring tools, materials and equipment onto the platform without concern. Whether you are masking, sanding, priming or painting, the Pint’UP keeps everything within comfortable reach.

Adjustable Working Height

The lift raises from a minimum height of 1400 mm to a maximum of 2830 mm. Consequently, this range covers the full side and roof area of most trucks and coaches. Operators can position the platform at exactly the right height for each task. As a result, this reduces strain and improves the quality of work on upper panels.

Built-In Safety System

A ground-level safety lowering system allows a colleague to bring the platform down from below in an emergency. In other words, even if an operator cannot use the on-platform controls, someone at ground level can lower the lift safely. This feature adds an important layer of protection for every user.
