This saw blade is designed to deliver optimal cutting results even in the most challenging boundary conditions. It is excellently suited for processing all types of steels and alloys with a strength of up to 1800 MPa, including USIBOR, BORON, BTR, high-strength and ultra-high-strength steels, HLE, TTHLE, and more. When cutting, no hot sparks are generated, and the edge zones remain cool without altering the metal structure.
To extend the blade life, the use of a suitable cutting additive is strongly recommended, particularly when cutting hard steels. Cutting oil is an excellent choice as it safeguards the saw blades from excessive heating, thereby preserving optimal cutting performance.
