The FMT107 sprayers spinning turntable is a height-adjustable top unit designed for use with the FMT1250 mobile sprayers trolley. It rotates continuously through 360 degrees, so you can spray every surface of a workpiece without stopping or repositioning. In addition, the turntable uses very few components, which means overspray build-up is kept to a minimum and the platform keeps spinning freely over time.

How It Works

First, mount the FMT107 turntable onto your FMT1250 trolley. Next, place the workpiece on the spinning platform and adjust the height to a comfortable level. Then simply rotate the turntable as you spray. Because the rotation is continuous through a full 360 degrees, you can coat every edge, face, and contour in one uninterrupted pass.

Once you finish spraying, wheel the FMT1250 trolley to the oven or drying area. As a result, the workpiece stays on the turntable from loading to drying, and you never need to handle the freshly sprayed surface.
