Item Number:
The welding wire NiMoCr with a diameter of 0.8 mm is wound on a K300 basket spool.
It is made of low-alloy steel suitable for the MAG welding of quenched and tempered fine-grain steels.
The weld metal is suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 350 °C.
The mechanical properties of the weld metal strongly depend on the shielding gas used. Optimal welding performance is achieved when using mixed gas M21.
It is possible to weld the wire in both short-circuit and spray arc ranges. The required preheating temperature varies depending on the base material used.
It is important to note that the interpass temperature should not exceed 200 °C.
