Wielander & Schill Temperature Indicator 204°C – green 311063

Temperature indicators are temperature indicating pens with a calibrated melting point. The marking melts when a temperature of 204 °C is reached. It has a accuracy of +/- 1 % of the nominal temperature.

For determining the surface temperature at:

•  Welding and metal fabrication

•  Preheating

•  Intermediate storage

•  Heat treatment after welding

•  Soft annealing

•  Stress relief annealing

Application:

Mark the workpiece before or during heating. When the nominal temperature is reached, the marking melts (runs) clearly visible. This method is suitable for smooth surfaces.
